Provenance: The collection of Dr. Oliver Impey (1936-2005), displayed in his historically important home Cumnor Place in Cumnor, Oxfordshire. He was Senior Curator in the Department of Eastern Art at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, and Reader in Eastern Art at Oxford University.
