The inscription on the vase reads: '京北道慈山府安豐縣光舍社信生上士阮福珪字福岸并x'. In the Guangshe Village, Anfeng County, Cishan Prefecture, Northern Capital Circuit — Devout layman of high virtue, Nguyễn Phúc Quế, styled Phúc Ngạn, and x).

Condition report:

- Generally in good condition, with minor normal superficial wear.
- Some typical baking lines and baking flaws throughout.
- The top cylindrical section with two refilled chips to the rim.
- The vase with a hairline of ca. 23 cm extending upwards from the foot rim to the lower part, and some spots of typical glaze loss.
