بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Main inscription (Arabic)
لا اله الا الله محمد رسول الله
There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah

Persian (main body translation):

مرزا احمدالدين مرحوم ولد مرزا خداداد قمي
The late Mirza Ahmad al-Din, son of the late Mirza Khodadad Qomi
روز جمعه
on the day of Friday
خام 5 ربيع الاول 1331 هجري مطابق 1913 میلادی
on the 5th of Rabi’ al-Awwal 1331 Hijr (corresponding to 1913 AD)
به دار البقاء رحلت نمود
passed into the eternal abode
خديجه بنت فضلت بانوبها رحمت
May Khadijah Banoo, daughter of Fazilat Banoo, be showered with mercy.
