Description
The hexagonal censer raised on an openwork hexagonal stand with trefoil feet, the body moulded with a pair of dragon-head handles and surmounted by a finely pierced metal cover. Each facet painted in underglaze blue with alternating panels depicting a crane amongst clouds beneath lingzhi sprays and trigrams reserved within octofoil medallions, all framed by scrolling foliage and lingzhi borders. The stand similarly decorated with stylised ruyi-shaped aprons and foliate scrolls.
