Attributed to the "hors de la Porte de Laeken" factory, Van Bellinghen period (1802-1820), in the above-mentioned work.
We believe the pair probably slightly predates the Van Bellinghen period.

Condition: One in excellent condition with minor superficial glaze flakes. The other also with minor superficial glaze flakes, and the hat probably reattached on top of the head, with slight evidence visible under a magnifier.
