- The plate was broken into three pieces and restored, with a related restored chip of ca. 1 x 3 cm located at the 12 o'clock and a related small restored rim chip at 6 o'clock.
- The rim at 3 o'clock with a restored hairline of ca. 4 cm with and a related superficial chip.
- A small restored rim chip at 10 o'clock.
