A pair of Chinese Canton famille rose armorial tureens, inner bowls and covers with the arms of Clerke, 19th C.

The motto on the arms read 'MUNUS ET MONUMENTUM VICTORIA HENRY VIII SPURS' and commemorates the victory of King Henry VIII at the Battle of Spurs in 1513.
