Marked on the inside of the box "LVK" in black, possibly the commissioner's initials.

Condition:
- The box in excellent condition.
- With the finial of the cover broken and reattached, the break invisibly restored.
- With superficial restoration to the extremities of the corners of the upper section of the cover, as well as to the outer rim of the cover.
