Each piece marked with a star, the tureen with a star and the initials DB, for Dirck van den Berg, owner of the "De Witte Ster" factory, Delft, 1776-1793.

Condition:
- The cover with the finial restored, otherwise in good condition with very small superficial chips on the outer rim.
- The tureen with a restored break to the upper part of the tail with some associated overspraying, not very disturbing and well executed. A further number of very small superficial chips throughout.
- The stand with a restored rim chip with related hairline towards the center, minimally retouched and another very small retouched rim chip with related overpainting, mostly on the underside.
