Provenance: The Collection of the late Dr. Kolvenbach, Düsseldorf, Germany. Mostly acquired in Hong Kong and England in the late 1970's and early 1980's.
With the original invoice from 1981, showing it was acquired from the Te Feng Company in Hong Kong.

Condition: (UV checked)
- In very good condition, with a small triangular surface pit on the underside, probably original (natural) as well as a natural line in the stone across the base. The body with another natural imperfection included in the carved bird by the artist.
