- The cover with a glaze line to the rim, and the finial missing.
- The teapot with a few sections missing, the spout broken and reglued and a few galze lines to the lower part of the handle.

- 盖钮遗失，盖边惊釉一条。
- 茶壶上几处装饰瓷塑花草遗失，壶嘴断后粘合，把柄下方多处惊釉。
