- The front with a vertical tension line to the lacquer in the center, some superficial wear to the lacquer throughout and a number of losses to the applied decoration.
- The back also with a number of losses to the applied decoration.
- The wood carving with a number of small losses, a number of reglued small breaks and minor superficial wear throughout.
