- The cover with a baking flaw to the rim and a few glaze loss to the rim and the finial.
- The teapot with a number of glaze loss to the rim, the spout.
- A chip on the underside of the spout and another one on the base rim.
- Three tiny glaze lines on the connection between the spout and the body.

- 蓋子邊一個窯粘，蓋鈕和蓋邊多處剝釉。
- 茶壺邊沿、底邊和流都有剝釉。
- 茶壺流上和底邊上各有一個飛皮。
- 壺嘴和壺身連接處三條細小的驚釉。
