- With a ca. 7 x 3 cm rim section broken out and restuck between ca. 9 and 10 o'clock, with the break retouched.
- The left side of the central medallion with a ca. 6 cm hairline, with some retouching showing under UV-light.
- The outer rim with a few small superficial chips and fritting.
- The sound of the dish intact when tapped.
