- Lacking five fingers on the left hand from the viewer's perspective.
- A impact line of ca. 12 mm on the robe and behind the broken hand.
- Lacking the crown.
- A small chip to the big toe.
- Lacking a foot on the wooden stand.

- 觀音多處典型飛皮。
- 右腿和袍子間一條約為6釐米的衝線。
- 左手五個手指斷。
- 斷裂的左手後方的衣褶上一條衝線約 12 毫米。
- 觀音頭上花冠缺失。
- 大腳趾上一個飛皮。
- 木質底座缺一條腿。
