The royal portrait plate depicts Prince Willem V and is inscribed on the front 'Siet wat hier van Agtren Staat' ('See what is written here on the back') and on the back 'Bit voor u vorst wenst hem Geen Kwaat' ('Pray for your monarch, wish him no harm').
