- One of the crown's feather-shaped parts bent inwards.
- Superficial wear to the gilding.
- Presence of superficial patination.
- Lacking attributes in the hands. Two present but not in their original place, affixed with a metal wire.
- The faces, hairdo and crown with traces of polychromy.
- On the inside, a number of offerings still present.

Provenance: The private collection of a deceased Belgian antiques dealer.
