- One of the handles with the upper tip restored, the entire handle detached from the vase and reglued, with traces of overpainting.
- A superficial chip in the central decoration on the floral side of the vase.
- The unglazed foot with a chip on the inside.
- The cover with a reglued break across, the finial with a reglued chip, a restored chip on the rim and lacking a part of the neck.
