- A glued break between the emblem and the lotus-form section, another glued break between the lotus-form section and the stem. Between the top rim of the yellow glaze base and the stem with a glued chip and a related C-shaped glazeline.

- 蓮台的上部與下部連接處各有一處斷粘，黃釉底座上部連結處有一個飛皮粘合修復和一條與之相關聯的C型驚釉。
