- The surface very worn and looking 'dry', with numerous superficial flakes and chips.
- The nose partly remodelled and somewhat chipped.
- Two filled sections to the folds in the lower part, just left of the middle.
- Possibly with further minor touch-ups.

With an old red inventory or collection number 8 on the inside.
