- Lacking a fragment in the upper right corner.
- Broken in four pieces and restuck, with retouching to the breaks. On the back, these are still fairly apparent.
- Superficial chipping on both sides, about 1/3rd down from the top, due to a previous mount in a metal stand.
- Minor small chips, superficial wear and traces of polychromy throughout.
