Please note that the crucifix which belongs on top is present, but loose.

 Provenance: The Van Herck collection, Antwerp.

Condition:
- The silver with natural oxidation all over, with traces of gilding and silver polish.
- The finial and roof ornament on top loose from the chapel, possibly caused by missing connection pins.
- The small roof ornament at the right side of the chapel loose to the body, with a small lacking part. The left one in good condition.
- One of the two glass slides with a missing corner.
- One of the six inlaid stones on the foot missing. The ornament on the foot fixed with nuts and bolts, one of the nuts replaced by a copper piece.
- Furthermore with very minor lacking small ornaments and minor deformation of some parts.
