- With losses to both leaves of the applied flowers, the head of the turtle and the leave on the low part of the third stem on the rim.
- Small chips to the tip of the flower on the holder and the nose tip of the lobster.
- A small chip to the upper part of the inner rim.
- A number of very small superficial frits to the indented outer rim.

Provenance: The collection of a Belgian industrialist family, formed between ca. 1960 and 1980.
