A Chinese wucai 'immortals' vase and cover, Shunzhi

Condition: (UV-checked)
- The cover in nearly excellent condition with a ca. 1,5 cm glaze line on the rim and a baking flaw.
- The vase with some restoration to the neck, the exact extent of the repair hard to assess. In our opinion, it covers three or four  hairlines running down from the neck for ca. 3 to 5 cm. The inside of the neck entirely oversprayed. The restoration slightly damaged as shown in the images. The base with a baking flaw resulting in a hairline across, extending upwards, with some retouching on both areas just above the foot. A few negligible glaze lines visible on the inside of the vase. A small glaze pit on the body. The quality of the painting above average.
