A pair of large Chinese blue and white octagonal baluster vases and covers, Kangxi

Condition: (UV-checked)
- One cover (on the right vase) in excellent condition with a few small frits on the outer rim.
- The second cover with some retouching to the finial, as well as touched up frits along the outer rim.
- The first vase (on the right) with a few small superficial touch-ups on the top rim, with a 5 cm hairline on the neck. With one panel retouched around the luting line, which is slightly visible throughout. On the inside, two baking lines visible. Otherwise in good condition.
- The second vase with restored breaks to the neck, covering 3 of the 8 sides. The rim with a number of small touch-ups. The glazed foot with superficial fritting to the glaze and a few very small touch-ups.
