Provenance:
- Acquired in China in the 1st quarter of the 20th C. by Belgian engineer François Nuyens, in charge of the creation of tramways in Tianjin.
- By descent in the family.

Condition: (UV-checked)
- The Buddha generally in good condition, with normal superficial wear, nice patination and superficial encrustation throughout.
- Some supercial dents and casting flaws throughout.
- A small chip to the base rim and a casting hole on the back.
- Lacking the tips of two fingers of the right hand from the viewer's perspective.

- 佛像整體品相良好,正常使用痕跡,包漿自然,局部皮殼。
- 佛身多處小凹痕和鑄造失誤。
- 底邊一個飛皮,身後一個鑄孔。
