Provenance:
- Acquired in China in the 1st quarter of the 20th C. by Belgian engineer François Nuyens, in charge of the creation of tramways in Tianjin.
- By descent in the family.

Condition: (UV-checked)
- The Buddha and the stand generally in good condition, with normal superficial wear to the gilding, nice patination and superficial encrustation throughout.
- Some supercial dents and casting flaws throughout.
- A section with a few casting flaws above the base rim and a casting hole on the back of the Guanyin.
- Lacking the tip of one finger of the right hand from the viewer's perspective.
- Lacking a small part to the crown and Guanyin's hair.
- The throne with a casting hole on the backside, right boy lack a small part to his hairopins and a chip in the middle of the left boy.

- 佛像和底座整體品相良好,正常使用痕跡,鎏金磨損,包漿自然,局部皮殼。
- 佛身和底座都有多處小凹痕和鑄造失誤。
- 佛像後面底邊多處鑄造失誤,身後一個鑄孔。
- 右手一隻手指指尖斷。
- 發冠的裝飾物和髮髻都有有小的缺失。
- 蓮花座後面有鑄孔,右邊男孩髮髻有一塊缺失,左側男孩中間部分一個飛皮。
