- The cover with a small superficial chip to the base rim and two leaves broken.
- The teapot with a small superficial chip to the spout, a few small chips to the leaves, a baking flaw to the overglazed enamel design and a circular impact line of ca. 1 cm to the base rim.

- 蓋子底邊一個飛皮，兩片葉子有磕崩。
- 茶壺流上一個飛皮，葉子有幾處磕崩，釉上彩一個窯傷，圈足一個約 1 釐米的重皮。
