A Chinese silver tea kettle on stand and burner, mark of Wang Hing, ca. 1900

Marked on the base of the tea kettle for "Wang Hing".

Condition: (UV checked)
- The stand in excellent condition. 
- The burner with a few minor superficial dents.
- The kettle with traces of old varnish, mostly removed. Otherwise appearing in good condition. Possibly with a restored hole on the bottom part of the back, visible on the inside, possibly from manufacturing.  

Wang Hing operated between 1854-1925 at Zetland House, 10 Queen's Road, Hong Kong, 1 Sai Street, Canton as well as in Shanghai.
Wang Hing was probably responsible for producing more Chinese Export Silver than any other Chinese retail silversmith.
