Painted in underglaze blue and enamelled with a harlequin figure wearing a hat on a tiled stage, with the inscription Wie op Uytrecht of nieuw Amsterdam (Who wants to speculate on Utrecht or New Amsterdam).

Condition:
- A filled section at the rim of ca. 8 x 8 mm at 6 o'clock.
- Various restored breaks with associated overspraying.
