- The Christ figure with the head reglued, a flake reglued on the back of one of the legs, the left part of the loincloth loose from the figure.
- The INRI panel also with some glue visible.
- Lacking the memento mori on the base.
- Small losses to the crucifix, notably on the top. On the back of the base, a hidden compartment.
