- The cover in excellent condition.
- A restored section to the connection between the spout and body, as well as between the handle and body.
- One open-worked panel on the side restored, with related overpainting.
- A glaze line of ca. 3 cm to the rim on the outside, invisible on the inside.
- A tight tension line of ca. 3 cm to the base.
- Another tight tension line of ca. 3 cm extending upwards from the base extending along the horizontal base for ca. 7 cm as well, invisible on the inside.
- A superficial chip and a baking flaw to the open-worked panels.

- 壺蓋全品。
- 壺身和手柄連接處，壺身和壺嘴連接處都有修復痕跡。
- 一個壺身側面的開窗有修復和復繪痕跡。
- 壺底一條驚釉約3釐米，不透。
- 另一條驚釉貫穿整個壺底，一直延伸到壺身兩側，總長度約10釐米，不透。
- 壺身側面開窗有一處飛皮和窯裂。
