- The rim of the cover has a bump mark, resulting in a superficial chip and a related tension line. There is also a small superficial chip on the Buddhist lion's tail.
- Both sides of the censer likely lack the lower section of the handles, with visible areas of retouching and overpainting. The top rim has some burst glaze bubbles.

- 蓋子的口沿有一處撞擊造成的重皮，獅型蓋鈕的尾部有一處小飛皮。
