Marked DPAW on the base for the 'De Paauw' workshop, Delft, ca. 1700.
Condition: (UV-checked)
- The pewter mount slightly loose. Marked on the inside with an angel holding a sword and scales, with initials AW.
- The neck with a restored circular break. The restoration very well executed and quasi invisible to the naked eye, not showing up under UV-light either.
- Otherwise in excellent condition with normal minor superficial wear.
